Case History Summary:  This four-level 136,000 square foot library is at the center of the Rhodes College campus. This roof consists of more than 300 squares of 3/4" to 3/8" slate in non-weathering gray/green, non-weathering purple, and royal purple. Greenstone Slate’s Jim Cramer worked with architects Hanbury Evans Wright Vlattas to create a slate blend to match other nearby slate roofs, some of which date back more than 100 years. Jim commented "It was a pleasure to be a part of this project. Selecting the mix required not only calulating percentages of color, we had to include varying slate grades to get the look we needed."
