Click on the document you would like to download. Each is in PDF format which uses Adobe Acrobat Reader to display.
To download a copy to your computer, right-click (option-click Macintosh) the item you wish to receive and save the file to disk. Some browsers display the contents of a pdf directly in the browser window. If you already have the document displayed on your screen, click the disk icon at the top of the window to save the pdf to your disk.
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, it is a free download from Adobe Systems.
